Barbara has built an extensive carrier network and negotiates discounted shipping rates based on volume for major savings. She tracks order trends to identify opportunities to optimize transportation methods and routes.

Before joining TMP, Barbara managed logistics and distribution for several e-commerce retailers. She is highly analytical and leverages data to continuously improve logistics operations.

Born in Michigan, Barbara relocated to sunny Florida for the water recreation opportunities. She enjoys paddle boarding, sailing, and exploring coastal areas. Barbara also volunteers at a marine animal rescue center on weekends.
