Returns and Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned unused in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To start a return, submit a request at https://tangomarineperformance.com/contact-us or contact us at +1(305)922-6480 or info@tangomarineperformance.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which should be included with your return for proper processing.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using UPS or USPS with tracking for your protection. Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected for eligibility.
Refund Method
We will process approved refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving the return. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please let us know when you initiate your return and specify the exchange item. We will ship exchanges within 2 business days of receiving your return.
Unopened and Defective Items
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Defective or incorrect items may be returned within 7 days. Please contact us right away in these cases so we can promptly correct any issues.
Non-returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- • Used items
- • Items missing original packaging
- • Installed/mounted products
- • Opened aditives, grease, fluids, liquid cleaners, paints, chemicals, and other inventory
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We estimate standard shipping costs for returns to be:
- • $5-10 for small items under 1 lb
- • $10-15 for medium items between 1-5 lbs
- • $15-20 for large items between 5-10 lbs
- • Contact us for costs on items over 10 lbs
Expedited shipping will cost more based on courier rates. We recommend sending returns via USPS or UPS ground shipping with tracking for both parties’ protection.
Restocking Fee
In addition to shipping costs, a 15% restocking fee may apply for returns of certain items that have a higher costs for us to inspect, repair if needed, and make ready for resale. These items include:
- Special order parts and custom fabricated products
- Electrical items and electronics
- Installed products that were removed
- Fluids, paints, chemicals, and other inventory
