Delivery Policy
This Delivery Policy describes shipping methods, delivery timelines, and coverage areas for products and services shipped by Tango Marine Performance (“the Company”).
Shipping Methods and Costs
The Company offers standard ground shipping and expedited delivery options. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination zip code. Standard shipping is free for orders over $100. Custom orders may incur additional shipping fees which will be communicated ahead of purchase.
Delivery Timelines
Standard ground orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days based on destination. Expedited shipping is delivered within 2-3 business days. Timelines do not account for potential delays due to customs, inclement weather, incorrect addresses, and other events out of control of the Company.
Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery. Arrival dates are for domestic orders placed before 2:00pm ET Monday–Friday. Deliveries made to U.S. Territories, APO, FPO, international addresses and items that are out of stock at time of ordering will not meet estimated arrival dates shown above
Order Tracking
Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number when the order ships. Use this tracking number on the carrier website during transit to view detailed tracking information. You can also visit the Track Your Order section on the homepage of our website, where you can enter your order number and email address to obtain details on the status of your shipment.
Coverage Area
The Company delivers to most addresses within the United States. Separate shipping policies may apply for international orders. Certain remote areas and small islands may be excluded from our delivery area. In these cases we will make reasonable efforts to discuss options with the customer.
Lost/Damaged Shipments
The customer must inspect shipments upon delivery and note any missing or damaged items on the carrier’s delivery receipt. The Company must be notified within 48 hours of delivery to initiate investigation for lost or damaged items. We will work with the carrier to determine solutions based on their damage claim process.
Cancellations
If we have not already shipped the order, customers may cancel the purchase and receive a full refund. Once an order is marked as shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy regarding qualification requirements once an order has shipped.
Returns
Please review our Return Policy for information regarding item returns on shipped orders. Customers may request a return authorization within 30 days of delivery.
